Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and student well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning and development.
• Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of assessment strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Promote Islamic values and cultural awareness within the classroom and school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum qualification of Graduate Certificate in Education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
• Familiarity with the United Kingdom curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficient in classroom management techniques that promote a positive learning environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Knowledge of Islamic values and cultural education.
• Experience with emerging educational technologies.
