The Opportunity:

As the Head of High School Division, you will lead and develop a high-performing academic team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education and the achievement of school-wide goals. This role is ideal for an experienced educator looking to make a significant impact on student outcomes and teacher development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the high school division to maintain and elevate academic excellence.
  • Coach and provide feedback to teachers through daily classroom observations.
  • Ensure the implementation of network-wide regulations, guidelines, and management systems.
  • Oversee academic guidance, grading, and student assessment standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Academic Programs and other Heads of Division to develop the school schedule and calendar.
  • Manage the division-wide ELL program to ensure an immersive English learning environment.
  • Foster a positive school climate with high morale and strong team collaboration.
  • Support the professional growth and development of all faculty members.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s or above preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in education, preferably in a private school setting.
  • 3+ years of experience leading at a High School level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching teachers in instructional excellence.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with college admissions.
  • Documented track record of elevating educational outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience with international curriculum frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience in managing large-scale academic programs.
  • Fluency in English and another language.
