The Opportunity:

As Vice Head of Primary School, you will play a key role in shaping early learning programs and fostering a positive school culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate primary school academic programs to support student social integration and behavior management.
  • Instruct teachers on best practices in child development and classroom management.
  • Develop procedures for addressing extreme behavior and maintaining discipline.
  • Monitor and manage parent communications and expectations.
  • Support students’ social-emotional growth and school-wide behavior expectations.
  • Enforce school routines and code of conduct across all areas of the campus.
  • Provide guidance and support to teaching staff and teaching fellows.
  • Define and manage routines for common areas such as recess, lunch, and hallways.
  • Collaborate with academic and student affairs directors to coordinate academic support programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Master's degree in education or related field.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (oral and written).

Preferred

  • Experience in managing school behavior programs and social-emotional learning.
  • Background in curriculum development and teacher coaching.
  • Familiarity with bilingual or international education environments.
