Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

  • Support and mentor Mathematics teachers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing targeted interventions where needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate Mathematics into cross-curricular initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Mathematics teacher and middle leader.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of team development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mathematics curricula and pedagogical practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student success and academic excellence.

Preferred

  • Experience in an international or multicultural school setting.
  • Familiarity with British or international curricula (e.g., IGCSE, IB).
  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
