Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing targeted interventions where needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Mathematics into cross-curricular initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Mathematics teacher and middle leader.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of team development.
- In-depth knowledge of Mathematics curricula and pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
Preferred
- Experience in an international or multicultural school setting.
- Familiarity with British or international curricula (e.g., IGCSE, IB).
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
- Ability to contribute to school-wide strategic planning.
