The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language and Literature across KS3, 4, and 5, including IGCSE and IBDP levels.
- Develop and deliver engaging, innovative lesson plans aligned with international curricula.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the school.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the school’s commitment to a multicultural and inclusive learning environment.
- Engage with students and parents to foster a strong sense of community and shared purpose.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in English education and incorporate new teaching methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching English Language and Literature.
- Proven ability to teach IGCSE and IBDP level English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and professional development.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural educational environment.
Preferred
- Experience with the IB Diploma Programme.
- Familiarity with British or international curricula.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
