Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Physics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement a dynamic and challenging Physics curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  • Support and mentor Physics teachers, providing professional development and guidance.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring continuous improvement in academic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-curricular learning and student engagement.
  • Represent the department at staff meetings, parent evenings, and external events.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Physics education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified teacher with a strong background in Physics.
  • Proven leadership experience in a school or college setting.
