Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the governing body, staff, parents, and the wider community to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and legal requirements, maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.
- Promote and celebrate the achievements of students, staff, and the wider school community.
- Lead and manage the school’s day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, staffing, and school development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within education.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of educational best practices and current curriculum developments.
- Experience in driving school improvement and achieving high standards in student outcomes.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A relevant teaching qualification and leadership experience.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a large or multi-form entry school.
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative teaching and learning strategies.
- Experience with school improvement planning and external inspections.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with governors, parents, and the local community.
- Experience in managing a large team and delivering high-quality professional development.
