Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in IB Economics and related subjects.
• Develop a culture of high expectations and academic achievement.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents through the Continuous Reporting system.
• Analyse student data to inform and improve teaching and learning strategies.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with teaching teams to implement effective instructional practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Right to work in Australia
• Victorian Institute of Teaching registration
• Demonstrated expertise in IB Economics and related subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Commitment to student learning and wellbeing
• Ability to use data to support instructional practice
• Adherence to all school policies and Child Safe Standards

Preferred

• Experience teaching Year 7–10 Commerce or Humanities
• Familiarity with IB Global Politics or History
• Experience with technology in a learning environment
• Background in co-curricular or leadership activities
