Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other ICT support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on the performance of ICT systems

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in ICT support and systems management
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Background in ICT or a related field
