The Opportunity:

As a Junior Cohort Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering a dynamic and innovative leadership course for students aged 13–15. Using gamified learning and storytelling, you will help young learners develop systems thinking, global perspectives, and teambuilding skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate experiential learning activities that promote systems thinking and global awareness.
  • Design and deliver engaging, play-based lessons that align with the school’s educational philosophy.
  • Collaborate with a team of instructors to create a cohesive and impactful learning experience.
  • Support the development of students’ self-confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all activities.
  • Participate in virtual planning meetings and safeguarding training prior to the program start.
  • Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience working with students aged 13–15.
  • Strong ability to facilitate group activities and manage a classroom environment.
  • Passion for systems-based education and global citizenship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.

Preferred

  • Experience in leadership or educational development programs.
  • Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework.
  • Background in experiential learning or outdoor education.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
