The Opportunity:

As a Senior Cohort Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering a dynamic summer course designed for students aged 15–17. This is an exciting opportunity to shape young minds through systems-based education, outdoor learning, and community engagement in a unique and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interactive workshops and outdoor activities that support systems-based learning and personal development.
  • Guide a diverse cohort of international students through a structured programme of academic and experiential learning.
  • Support students in exploring regenerative systems, community design, and systems thinking using the college’s coastal estate as a living classroom.
  • Act as a Residential Faculty member, participating in meals, evening events, and contributing to the holistic educational environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of 6 Visiting Faculty to deliver a new standard in summer education.
  • Attend virtual planning meetings and safeguarding training sessions prior to the course start date.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students throughout the programme, adhering to all safeguarding protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience working with students aged 15–17 in an educational setting.
  • Strong background in systems-based education or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.

Preferred

  • Experience in outdoor education or experiential learning.
  • Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework.
  • Background in leadership or facilitation of group activities.
  • Knowledge of regenerative systems or sustainability education.
