The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Learning Support Teacher to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on student learning. This role supports students in developing literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific skills through individual and group-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class support to students and teachers
  • Ensure access arrangements are in place during examinations
  • Deliver individual and small-group learning support focused on literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific assignments
  • Conduct observations and administer standardised tests
  • Assist in curriculum differentiation and development of learning resources
  • Facilitate the administration of school-wide tests (MAP) three times a year
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to determine appropriate support structures for students
  • Design and implement individual educational plans (IEP) for students with diverse needs

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Certified training as a primary teacher with a degree in Special/Inclusive Education or equivalent
  • Strong grasp of both English and German, with B2 proficiency in German or willingness to attain it within two years

Preferred

  • Experience in Special/Inclusive Education and working with the IB PYP/MYP programmes
  • Passion for engaging with a bilingual and international pedagogical concept
