The Opportunity:
A Marketing Graduate is needed to support the school’s marketing strategy through content creation, social media, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing while contributing to the school’s vibrant community and showcasing its unique offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activities, including website updates, content creation, and campaign support.
- Plan and schedule organic and paid social media activity in line with the marketing strategy and content calendar.
- Assist with the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content, publications, and events to promote the school.
- Create engaging written, video, and visual content for channels including social media, blogs, news stories, and press releases.
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the school’s brand and tone of voice.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics and CRM tools to identify opportunities for improvement and engagement.
- Support marketing communications, including email campaigns, enquiries, and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events, including occasional evening, weekend, overnight, and off site commitments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and CRM software.
- Experience in event planning or management.
- Familiarity with video production or graphic design.
