The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Mathematics lessons across the 11–18 age range.
• Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes at GCSE and A Level.
• Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
• Provide pastoral care and mentorship to students as required.
• Participate in departmental meetings and school events.
• Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.
• Stay up to date with developments in Mathematics education and pedagogy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
• Ability to teach Mathematics across the full secondary age range.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
• Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.

Preferred

• Experience teaching Further Mathematics.
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
