Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the school’s brand and recruitment objectives.
  • Lead market research and audience segmentation to inform targeted digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of multi-channel brand messaging that reflects the school’s premium reputation.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Admissions to ensure cohesive recruitment and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, media, and stakeholders to enhance the school’s visibility.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the school’s values, mission, and long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
  • Demonstrable success in brand development and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK independent schools market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
