Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Admissions to ensure cohesive recruitment and marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ensure continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, media, and stakeholders to enhance the school’s visibility.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the school’s values, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
- Demonstrable success in brand development and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK independent schools market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Preferred
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and data-driven marketing.
