The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Mathematics Teacher for a Limited Term appointment to join our successful Mathematics Faculty. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on student learning and contribute to a school that is committed to continuous improvement and high standards in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics to Key Stage 5 students.
• Deliver high-quality lessons that engage students and promote deep understanding.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Participate in the school’s research-informed Professional Development programme.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the faculty.
• Support the school’s commitment to student achievement and well-being.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as the Debate Club.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education.
• Ability to teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics at Key Stage 5.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience in a school with a strong focus on student achievement and well-being.
• Experience in a school that offers a comprehensive range of extracurricular activities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at £42,718 with progression to £48,712.
