Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons up to Key Stage 5, aligned with the British and IB curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
- Support students through high levels of pastoral care and individualized attention.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate fully in all aspects of school life, including extracurricular activities and professional development.
- Provide regular assessments and feedback to support student progress and achievement.
- Stay up to date with educational research and best practices in Mathematics teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in a relevant subject, preferably Mathematics.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the Secondary level.
- Strong understanding of the British and IB curricula up to Key Stage 5.
- Commitment to active learning and student-centered teaching methods.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to provide high levels of pastoral care and support to students.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL).
- Familiarity with Spanish language and culture.
- Experience working in an international or British curriculum school.
