As a School Principal, you will lead a dynamic all-through school with over 900 students, shaping a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and co-curricular programs. This is an opportunity to drive strategic and operational leadership within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the school's continued success and growth.
- Lead and inspire a highly capable Senior Management Team.
- Promote a culture of excellence among staff, students, and the wider school community.
- Oversee the development and delivery of outstanding teaching, learning, and pastoral care programs.
- Manage key administrative functions including Finance & Operations, HR, Admissions, and IT Systems.
- Fulfil the role of Strategic Designated Safeguarding Lead with confidence in Spanish.
- Ensure coherence and alignment across all areas of school life.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Principal or Head of School in a high-performing British or international school.
- Fluency in English and a high level of spoken and written Spanish.
- Ability to operate confidently in Spanish with local authorities and external agencies.
- Experience in leading and managing a senior leadership team.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.

- Experience with international curriculum frameworks.
- Experience in managing large, diverse student populations.
- Experience in strategic planning and development.
- Experience with school admissions and marketing initiatives.
