The Opportunity:

A school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Male Physical Education Teacher to join its Health and Physical Education department at the Middle School level. The role involves delivering engaging lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate physical education lessons aligned with the United States curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development
• Plan and implement a variety of sports and physical activities that meet curriculum standards
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and respect among students through structured and fun activities
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development
• Maintain a safe and disciplined classroom environment during practical sessions
• Promote health awareness and active lifestyles among young learners
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or related field
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in Physical Education, preferably within an international or American curriculum setting
• Strong knowledge of health, fitness principles, sports techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate PE lessons that meet curriculum standards
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proficient classroom management skills to maintain discipline during practical sessions

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusivity through sport
• Passion for promoting health awareness and active lifestyles among young learners
