Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver imaginative, inspiring, and high-quality teaching to pupils aged 2–8
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and personal growth
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s academic and pastoral goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and support student learning
• Support the holistic development of students through co-curricular and pastoral activities
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure academic achievement and personal development
• Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues to support student success
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through involvement in events and initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• At least one year of teaching experience, ideally in a Prep or primary environment
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire pupils

Preferred

• Experience with co-curricular activities or pastoral care
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development
• Experience working in a small class setting
