Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, bilingual (Chinese/English) lessons that spark curiosity and lay a strong foundation in literacy and cultural appreciation.

- Provide personalized instruction and academic support to address diverse learning needs, ensuring all students thrive.

- Prioritize students’ mental health and wellbeing, offering timely counseling or referrals as needed.
- Monitor behavior and homework completion to instill responsibility and holistic growth.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Art-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level
- Strong bilingual (Chinese/English) communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons
- Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive classroom practices
Preferred
- Experience with teaching art or visual literacy
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
- Experience with professional learning communities (PLCs)
- Background in co-curricular program development or leadership
