The Opportunity:

As a Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds through innovative and student-centred teaching practices. You will deliver the English National Curriculum in a supportive and inclusive environment, inspiring pupils from diverse backgrounds to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the English National Curriculum.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote curiosity and a love of learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and extracurricular activities.
  • Support pupils with diverse needs, including those learning English as an additional language.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through shared professional development and school events.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience teaching the English National Curriculum.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for innovative and student-centred teaching practices.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching internationally or working with EAL learners.
  • Familiarity with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and outdoor education approaches.
  • Fluency in Arabic or other languages.
