Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the English National Curriculum.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote curiosity and a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and extracurricular activities.
- Support pupils with diverse needs, including those learning English as an additional language.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the wider school community through shared professional development and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil performance and attendance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching the English National Curriculum.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for innovative and student-centred teaching practices.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Preferred
- Experience teaching internationally or working with EAL learners.
- Familiarity with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and outdoor education approaches.
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages.
