The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team as a Principal Teacher. This role offers the opportunity to shape young minds in a dynamic, multicultural environment that values innovation, personal growth, and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons for KS1 and KS2 students
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and academic progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Monitor and assess student performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Support the school’s mission by promoting a culture of lifelong learning and global awareness
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student learning
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, with QTS or PGCE
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification teaching experience
- Strong expertise in Primary school education, including KS1 and KS2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural and international environment
Preferred
- Experience in Cambridge schools or international education settings
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology integration
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies
