As a Reprographics Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s teaching and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise student learning during teacher absences, ensuring a purposeful and constructive environment.
• Manage reprographics operations, including printing, binding, and laminating.
• Maintain and operate printing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Support teaching staff with the production and publishing of educational materials.
• Differentiate tasks to meet the needs of all students.
• Collect and return completed work to the appropriate staff members.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including covering tutors and managing rota-based duties.
• Order resources and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in a supervisory or administrative role within an educational setting.
• Ability to manage and supervise students effectively.
• Proficiency in using ICT and reprographics equipment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred

• Previous experience in reprographics or print management.
