The Opportunity:
As a Reprographics Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s teaching and administrative functions. This position involves supervising student learning during teacher absences and managing reprographics services to ensure the school runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise student learning during teacher absences, ensuring a purposeful and constructive environment.
- Manage reprographics operations, including printing, binding, and laminating.
- Maintain and operate printing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Support teaching staff with the production and publishing of educational materials.
- Differentiate tasks to meet the needs of all students.
- Collect and return completed work to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including covering tutors and managing rota-based duties.
- Order resources and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in a supervisory or administrative role within an educational setting.
- Ability to manage and supervise students effectively.
- Proficiency in using ICT and reprographics equipment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred
- Previous experience in reprographics or print management.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software.
- Experience in education administration or teaching support.
- Understanding of school policies and procedures.
