Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students on scheduled routes
• Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks
• Maintain the minibus in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and appropriate behaviour of students
• Complete accurate driving, mileage, and safety records
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with students and staff
• Support the school’s commitment to student welfare and safety

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Valid driving licence (D1 category preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Previous driving experience (school or community transport beneficial)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• PSV Licence required
• Calm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety

Preferred

• Experience working with young people
• Knowledge of school transport procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
