Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff
  • Manage and maintain accurate student records and documentation
  • Support the administration of student-related policies and procedures
  • Assist with the coordination of student events and activities
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient running of the school
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide information to students and families
  • Support the pastoral care of students where appropriate
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of student services within the school

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in a student services or administrative role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using administrative software and systems
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Experience working in an educational setting

Preferred

  • Experience with school administration systems
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Experience in a secondary school environment
  • Understanding of pastoral care and student support
