Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire and motivate students
• Support students with complex needs in a nurturing and structured environment
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and colleagues to ensure consistent standards
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and needs
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
• Uphold professional standards while fostering student confidence and progress
• Design and implement lessons that encourage curiosity and lifelong learning
• Support students in achieving academic and personal goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience working with students with SEMH and/or ASD
• Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
• Strong belief in the potential of every student to succeed
• High-quality classroom practice and professional standards

Preferred

• Experience working with young people from challenging backgrounds
• Evidence of improving pupil outcomes through effective teaching
