The Opportunity:

We are seeking an inspiring teacher to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality learning experiences to individual students and small groups. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons (including GCSE in a core subject) for individuals and small groups
• Create and review Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans and tailored learning programmes
• Support nurture-based approaches and help students develop emotional regulation and self-control
• Monitor, record and report on progress, ensuring high-quality assessment and subject development
• Work collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, care staff and the wider multi-professional team
• Ensure a safe, stimulating and well-organised learning environment both on and off site

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• QTS or equivalent qualification
• Ability to teach a variety of subjects, including one core subject at GCSE level
• Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, student-centred approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Driving licence required

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
• Experience working with students with SEMH needs and associated learning difficulties
• Commitment to continuous professional development
