Key Responsibilities:

  • Support student achievement and motivation through targeted interventions and pastoral care.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the school’s improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Bohunt Education Trust and partner schools on strategic projects.
  • Maintain a calm, orderly, and highly engaging learning environment.
  • Promote the school’s values and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
  • Commitment to high achievement and student motivation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Experience with innovative teaching methods or curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with the Bohunt Education Trust or similar organisations.
