Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning through one-to-one, small group, and whole-class interventions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement effective learning strategies.
- Promote a culture of leadership and character development among students.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and students.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with children in a school setting.
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
- The ability to work with pupils on a one-to-one, small groups, and whole-class basis.
Preferred
- Experience in a school with a leadership or character development programme.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Commitment to educational excellence and student success.
