Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality A Level Sociology lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as a personal tutor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the Sociology department.
  • Support students in their academic and personal growth throughout their college journey.
  • Participate in staff development and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.
