Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality A Level Sociology lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as a personal tutor.

- Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the Sociology department.
- Support students in their academic and personal growth throughout their college journey.
- Participate in staff development and training programs.
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.
- Engage in extracurricular activities that enhance student learning and involvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Passion for teaching and working with young people.
