Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize data and assessment strategies to improve student outcomes and prepare for inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a school setting, ideally at Key Stage or senior leadership level.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and student progress tracking.
• Proven ability to manage behaviour, promote inclusion, and support student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Preferred

• Experience with international curricula such as the National Curriculum for England or UAE Ministry of Education standards.
• Familiarity with British Schools Overseas (BSO) accreditation and teacher development programmes.
• Experience in leading school improvement initiatives and preparing for inspections.
