Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent behavior management strategies
• Deliver targeted interventions and therapeutic sessions to students
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide guidance and training to staff on positive behavior support techniques
• Maintain detailed records and reports on student behavior and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide behavior policies
• Engage with students and families through regular communication and support

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A bachelor's degree in education or a BA degree with a PGCE qualification
• Experience in working with non-native level English-speaking students
• Strong commitment to student well-being and holistic education
• Active participation in extracurricular activities
• A respectful and inclusive approach to all members of the school community

Preferred

• Prior experience in teaching the UK National Curriculum
• Experience in behavior therapy or special needs support
• A positive and solution-oriented attitude towards work
• Experience in international education settings
