The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KG Teacher to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education in a stimulating and inclusive environment.
  • Plan and implement engaging, child-centered learning activities aligned with the British and Qatar national curricula.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and creativity.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing detailed feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to student development.
  • Promote the school’s values, including cultural respect, inclusivity, and the importance of lifelong learning.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • UK-trained Early Years teacher with relevant qualifications.
  • Experience teaching young children, ideally those for whom English is an additional language.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Familiarity with the British and Qatar national curricula.
  • Fluency in Arabic or other languages spoken in Qatar.
  • Experience with the Early Career Teacher (ECT) program or willingness to participate in professional development.
