Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to the needs of students.
• Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent student progress.
• Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing detailed feedback to stakeholders.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and contribute to the overall school community.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance teaching practices.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A bachelor's degree in education or a BA degree with a PGCE qualification.
• Experience in teaching the UK National Curriculum.
• Previous experience working with non-native English-speaking students.
• Strong commitment to student well-being and holistic education.
• Professionalism and a respectful approach to all members of the school community.

Preferred

• Experience in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Familiarity with inclusive education practices and strategies.
• Experience with international education systems or overseas teaching roles.
