Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum objectives.
• Plan and develop innovative teaching resources and curricula to support student learning.
• Monitor and record student progress, using data to inform and enhance teaching strategies.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay up to date with subject-specific knowledge and curriculum requirements.
• Implement safeguarding policies and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support student engagement and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related subjects.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or teaching practice in the subject following the UK National Curriculum.
• UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS).
• Knowledge of data disaggregation, analysis, and differentiation for students.
• Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices.
• Proven track record of successful teaching and achieving outstanding student results.

Preferred

• Experience with teaching in a faith-based or international school setting.
• Familiarity with the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum.
• Experience in Quran memorisation or Islamic Studies education.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with modern teaching technologies and tools.
