The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach BTEC International Level 3 Business with a focus on student engagement and academic excellence.
  • Contribute to the delivery of IB MYP Individuals & Societies lessons and MSC middle school courses.
  • Design and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s educational philosophy and curriculum frameworks.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary and cross-curricular learning experiences.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in school events, professional development, and community-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in BTEC International Level 3 Business.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, student-centered instruction.
  • Strong knowledge of the IB MYP and MSC curricula.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in secondary education.

Preferred

  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate framework.
  • Background in interdisciplinary and project-based learning.
  • Familiarity with the English National Curriculum.
  • Experience in developing and delivering practical, industry-relevant learning outcomes.
