Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (Chemistry specialism) or equivalent.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Strong classroom practice with proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.

Preferred

• Experience with curriculum leadership or middle leadership roles.
• Experience with extra-curricular programme coordination.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
