The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our team in August 2026. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Physics lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess effectively, maintaining accurate records of student progress.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes innovation and a love of learning.
  • Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to co-curricular and extra-curricular programmes, supporting whole-school initiatives and events.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders to support student development.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and performance management.
  • Uphold school policies, procedures, and core values at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or equivalent.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Strong classroom practice with proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum leadership or middle management.
  • Experience with extra-curricular or ECA coordination.
  • Familiarity with international curricula (A Levels, GCSEs, BTECs).
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
