The Opportunity:

As a Clinical Services Director, you will lead the development of a new model for special education in Vietnam, shaping systems that integrate clinical and educational services for learners with special needs. This is a unique opportunity to build a sustainable, high-impact special education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive clinical framework that supports special needs learners through ABA, OT/PT, SLT, and psychological counselling services.
  • Establish sustainable standards, data practices, and supervision systems that ensure consistent quality across all clinical services.
  • Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of professionals committed to providing compassionate and effective care for special needs learners.
  • Collaborate with educational leaders to align curriculum, classroom design, and school culture with the needs of special needs students.
  • Drive the integration of clinical and educational systems to create a cohesive, learner-centered approach.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the clinical team.
  • Ensure that all clinical practices are grounded in evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) based on multidisciplinary assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in clinical or educational settings, preferably within special education.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing clinical systems and services for special needs learners.
  • Strong understanding of ABA, OT/PT, SLT, and psychological counselling practices.
  • Experience in developing and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to align clinical and educational practices to support student growth and development.
  • Commitment to the mission of providing inclusive, equitable education for all learners.

Preferred

  • Experience in international special education or with non-profit educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed and cognitive-based educational approaches.
  • Background in curriculum development or program design for special needs learners.
  • Experience working with children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
