Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum of England.
  • Support students in developing academic and personal skills through innovative teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition during cover periods.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
  • Adapt to the school’s unique programs, including STEAM, Environmental Studies, and AI initiatives.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a minimum of a B.Ed., B.A & PGCE, or equivalent, and QTS.
  • Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to Positive Education and character development.
  • Valid residence visa for the UAE.

Preferred

  • Experience with Positive Education or Values in Action TM programs.
  • Familiarity with STEAM, AI, or AR/VR technologies in education.
  • Experience in teaching younger students or in early years education.
  • Flexibility to take on short, medium, or long-term teaching assignments.
