The Opportunity:

As a Database Manager, you will lead the development and maintenance of the school’s Management Information System (iSAMS) and associated data platforms. This role is pivotal in supporting the academic and operational success of the school, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the school’s Management Information System (iSAMS) and related data platforms.
• Develop and implement data strategies that support academic and operational functions.
• Analyze data to generate insights that inform school policies and improvements.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of data systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to the development of reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining educational management information systems.
