Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging drama curriculum aligned with international standards
  • Introduce students to theater vocabulary, history, creative movement, and stage design
  • Collaborate with teachers to create interdisciplinary lessons that integrate drama with other subjects
  • Organize and lead performances and events to showcase student progress
  • Foster positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal growth
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative school community
  • Guide students in developing self-expression, confidence, and performance skills
  • Maintain a high standard of teaching and continuously improve instructional techniques

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in drama, education, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to academic rigor and student achievement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

  • Experience teaching drama at the primary school level
  • Background in curriculum development or lesson planning
  • Familiarity with international education standards
  • Experience with bilingual or multicultural teaching environments
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
