The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging EAL lessons tailored to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with school curriculum standards.
- Differentiate lessons to support individual student needs and ensure academic success.
- Assess and monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a dynamic and interactive classroom environment that promotes confidence and participation.

- Support class teachers in creating and delivering EAL-friendly lessons.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in English, EAL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field, as well as relevant postgraduate qualifications and a PGCE.
- Proven experience teaching English as an Additional Language (Middle or High School level).
- Strong understanding of modern EAL teaching methodologies (e.g., communicative and task-based approaches).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective formative and summative assessments.
- Proficiency in the use of educational technology and digital learning platforms.
