Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood education aligned with the school’s curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative teaching strategies and learning experiences.
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, and academic development of each student.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject with a PGCE.
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in Early Childhood education.
• Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or equivalent police clearance.

Preferred

• Experience teaching within the UK or US curriculum.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and innovative teaching practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with technology integration in early childhood education.
