Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Arabic lessons to elementary students
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational goals
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly to ensure academic success
• Participate in professional development and school-wide training programs
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Support the school’s cultural and community programs, including the Eyal Zayed initiative

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with a PGCE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching at the elementary level
• Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check

Preferred

• Experience teaching Arabic in an international school setting
• Familiarity with US curriculum standards and UAE Ministry of Education requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom
• Commitment to student well-being and character development
