The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to cover maternity leave from the start of the 2026/27 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive school community, where you will play a vital role in shaping young learners’ early educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate early years education
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Plan and implement creative, interactive, and curriculum-based lessons
• Monitor and support student progress through regular assessments and observations
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and learning
• Maintain accurate records of student development and achievement
• Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and staff meetings
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to support student learning

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
• PGCE or equivalent qualification in Education
• Residency in the UAE with a valid work permit

Preferred

• Experience teaching in an international or bilingual school setting
• Familiarity with US curriculum standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with early childhood development programs
