Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and challenge students across all ability levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum-aligned learning experiences.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Support the pastoral needs of students through form tutoring and proactive engagement.
  • Monitor and assess student progress using the school’s designated assessment systems.
  • Use data to inform teaching strategies and improve student outcomes.
  • Promote the school’s values and ethos through consistent behavior management and modeling positive attitudes.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the English National Curriculum.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s vision and mission.
  • Passion for education and student success.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in multiple international schools.
  • Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or IB Diploma Programme (DP).
  • Proven success in teaching across a wide range of ages and abilities.
  • Experience with curriculum planning and assessment systems.
