Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international or comparable setting.
• Strong knowledge of the USA curriculum standards for English language arts.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.

Preferred

• Experience with teaching across multiple grade levels.
• Familiarity with the Virginia State Standards and AP Program.
• Experience in collaborative teaching and curriculum development.
