Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, advise, and evaluate programs and support for individuals and small groups
• Collaborate with the Head of Inclusion and other teachers to plan and deliver tailored educational support
• Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies that meet the diverse needs of students
• Maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and administration to ensure student success
• Foster a supportive and respectful classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic growth
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching practices
• Support students in developing language and literacy skills in line with curriculum standards
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in special needs education or related field
• SEND qualification
• IELTS score of 6 (if English is not your native language)
• Strong behavior management skills
• High level of emotional intelligence

Preferred

• Bilingual in English
• Experience in inclusive education settings
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students
• Experience with American curriculum standards
